At HER FIFTEEN, we want you to love what you ordered. Please take a moment to check our sizing information before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• The item must still have its original tags and packaging where applicable.
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The requested replacement size must be available.

Customers are responsible for the courier costs associated with returning an item for an exchange, as well as the cost of sending the replacement item.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items may have different exchange conditions. These will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Certain HER FIFTEEN products may be printed, customized or made specifically for your order. These items may not be eligible for exchange unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the incorrect item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We’ll assess the problem and work with you to find the best solution.

Our products can have different fits and sizing, so please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.
